REFUND POLICY

Is there any delivery guarantees?

Yes. If 60 days have gone by with no updates from the provided tracking, please email us contact@clutchcloset.com with your order number. We will send out a replacement of your original order + a free item or a full refund of your purchase.

Returns

We do accept returns or refunds within 7 days of the delivery date if jersey is damaged. However we are not able to accept returns or refunds for "Customs Jerseys" / Personalized jerseys. These are made to order. Please contact us to get the process started. 

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Otherwise, it is free return if you received the wrong order / defect order.**

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

IF ANY PACKAGES NEVER ARRIVE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND DO NOT REFUND YOUR ORDER. SHIPPING LABELS ARE COPY PASTED FROM YOUR INPUT SO IF YOU INPUT YOUR LOCATION CORRECTLY THIS WILL NOT BE AN ISSUE

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION

Order are automatically processed within 1 hour of your order. Please make sure your order is correct and want it before you hit the submit button.

"Custom Jerseys / Personalized Jerseys cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. They are final sale as there are made to order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
