Q. Are your products original? 

A. Please keep in mind, all our products are premium quality and are made with the same exact materials and stitching as retail pieces. We have unprecedented attention to detail on how each item feels and looks even with all tags in place.

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes we do, we ship worldwide for FREE!

Q. Is there any delivery guarantees? What if my order does not arrive?

A. Yes. If 60 days have gone by with no updates from the provided tracking, please email us

with your order number. We will send out a replacement or a full refund of your purchase.

Q. Can i cancel my order??

A. Orders are automatically processed in 24 hours of your order. Please make sure your order is correct and want it before you hit the submit button.  Once it has been 24 hours, we cannot cancel it.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in Hong Kong.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Please go to “SHIPPING & DELIVERY”

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take about 5-10 business days.

Q. Why is my tracking number stuck and not updating? 

A.  Seeing it says “Pre Transit” or stuck for a while is totally normal and a part of the process. This happens to everyone, so please do not worry! You will receive your order within the shipping timeframe you selected.   Please go to “SHIPPING & DELIVERY”

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. If you do not see it still,  Please check your spam folders

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customer’s information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. You will not be charged for duties. We declare the value at a low price so we can help you guys avoid paying extra money for duties.
